Property layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Also featured in this recent photograph disclosure is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and features a key labelling various parts of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for dock shelters.
Further documentation released as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
